Terms of Service

warp provides a TCP tunneling service that allows you to expose local servers behind NAT or firewalls to the internet. The Service includes a web dashboard for tunnel management and a CLI client for establishing tunnel connections.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same person.

You may not use the Service to:

• Transmit illegal, harmful, or malicious content • Distribute malware, conduct DDoS attacks, or abuse the network • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission • Bypass bandwidth limits or other restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

The Free plan is available at no cost with limited tunnels and bandwidth. The Pro plan is billed monthly through Polar.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

The Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network outages, hardware failures, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, warp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard Account section. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
